("Great Minds," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
The Site provides information about the Great Minds AI Procurement Intelligence Platform (AIPP), including our services, capabilities, and educational content. Certain features of the Site, such as the contact form and demo request, allow you to interact with us. The AIPP platform itself is provided under separate agreement with customers and is not licensed through the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
